Our Hotel is situated in the beautiful green
belt of Porec and only 3 chilometar away from
the centar in the beautiful picturesque village
Kufci/Kukci. From the Hotel you can enjoy the
beautiful view across the green gardens and
fields till seaside. The hotel is sorrounded by
10.000 mq greean area which is an unique
oasis of peace,  tranquility and beauty in
the untouchable nature.

We, the owners Manda and Tomislav, are managing
our Hotel and every day we personaly take care of
our guests doing all possible for make their stay
unforgetable and unique experience.

In the Hotel is situated also very nice Tavernetta
– Restaurant from where you can walk out on the
beautiful terrasse surrounded by mediteranean green plants. Going further
you can reach the swimming pool terrasse which offer one
of the very impressive view on the olive trees and sea. Here, the rich & various breakfarst will be served till 11,00 o'clock.

In the Grill Restauranr near the swiming pool, during the day fresh & light lunch are served with an emphasis on the various salats, whereas in the evening delicious local, traditional and mediterranean food is offered. But the greatest «shaw» you can enjoy here is the magnificent sunset scene. In the same swiming pool area, during the day we organize «happy hour», with particular offer 2x1 ! For one drink paid, we will offer you 1 gratis!

The Istrian peninsula is rich of fertil soil which is especially important for wine cultivation of very high quality. In order to let you discover your prefered wine, after dinner we organize the wine testing at very convenient price of 5.-- €.

Using a bicycle available in our Hotel (partially included in the price) you can ride across the countryside and visit beautiful pittoresque istrian villages. It will be our pleasure to suggest you the itinirery which better suits your interest.

If you decide to make an excursion you can always ask our suggestion and we will be glad to help giving our suggestion on the group standard trips or to organize something personalized accordingly to your interest (either in car or by boat).

There are also at your disposal 4 tennis courts equipped with night illumination ( partially included in the price).
